With Staff2Rent's PREMIUM or PREMIUM PLUS service, high-tech computers do the dialing up to 35 telephone lines at once until they connect a LIVE person to the Agent.  When a LIVE call connects, the computers pause dialing until the call has been completed.  Once the Agent disconnects the call, the computer will start dialing again until they connected to the next LIVE prospect.  The average wait time with within seconds.

    With the PREMIUM PLUS service (3 Agents or more), companies are provided with an "admin console" at no additional cost that tracks the performance of each Agent in REAL TIME from any computer connected to the net.  Managers can instantly see when an Agent is on the phone, the average time of each call and the wait time between calls.  If the average wait time is too long, they simply increase the number of phone lines in use.   In addition, an admin can "ease-drop" in on a call in silent mode, whisper to an Agent when the Agent is in the midst of a call or even butt-in and take over the call.   

    With our PREMIUM PLUS service, we will generate more Exclusive Prequalified Appointments for less money than any current U.S. call center or even your own in-house call center - GUARANTEED.

  2. PREMIUM
    Our PREMIUM service is the same as the PREMIUM PLUS without the admin console.  Daily reports can be requested when needed. 

  3. BASIC
    Our BASIC service manually dials up to 200 calls a day.  All reporting is done through Google Docs and can be accessed at any time.
